This Townie Award Winner Always Makes Sure that Rubber Ducky, You’re The One. The Mission of the Family Resource Network located at 46 Oneida St. #1 in Oneonta has always been about helping people and families. This non-profit organization was founded by parents to enhance the lives of individuals with special needs and their families, empowering them to lead productive independent lives within the community. They have been a vital part of our community for 25 years and always working hard to connect people with needed family resources (like their name says) and also uses a family favorite to raise money in their annual Duck Derby Fundraiser.
