A silent auction is underway with the Adel Public Library with proceeds going to the Friends of Adel Public Library Foundation. From now until April 2nd people can come in and bid on spring themed baskets. The proceeds will go towards their college scholarship that is given out annually. Those who would like to bid on a basket are required to wear a mask. If you do not feel comfortable going into the library, you can call and a staff member can place a bid for you.
