Montgomery and Chester County residents have two new options when it comes to filling their refrigerators and pantries. A new Lidl opened in West Whiteland on Wednesday, Feb. 24, bringing 30 new jobs to the community, while a new Grocery Outlet Bargain Market opened Thursday, Feb. 25, in East Norriton, bringing 28 new jobs to the community.
