QUINCY — Tucked away at the end of the line of shops that dot Marina Bay and sitting next to Victory Point and Donato’s Gelato, is family-owned Boardwalk Pizza. Donato Frattaroli owns and operates the shop with his father, who also owns the other two restaurants. He said when the pandemic hit, the pizza shop, which opened in August 2020, was “born out uf necessity.”
