Chocolate is always a good idea. Creating a cookbook of chocolate recipes was an easy sell here at ATK (no surprise . . . everyone voted yes). We all love milk, dark, and white chocolate, and it was the perfect excuse to create new treats to add to our treasury of cakes, cookies, puddings, tarts, frozen desserts, and more. Enjoy.
