A Harrisburg restaurant owner is bringing an authentic taste of Mexico to the West Shore. Juan Garcia, owner of El Sol Mexican Restaurant, said he is taking over the former Federal Taphouse at 3721 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township to open another restaurant. Plans are to open within the next three months.
