A 60-minute class of gentle yoga poses that focus on flexibility and mobility. Postures are performed lying on the floor, seated, kneeling and standing. It is recommended that you have the ability to move between these positions. Students are encouraged to bring yoga blocks and a strap to assist postures. We use slow, dynamic movement, breathing strategies, and a short meditation to create a calm experience. The instructor will help you learn how to move into poses and adjust poses to work with your body. This is an opportunity for everyone to come together for a focused time to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Registration deadline: Jan. 8.
