Chloe Bailey didn’t let her frustrating Grammys snubs stop her from obsessing over the glam she wore for the award show. The singer — who was nominated for best progressive R&B album, best traditional R&B performance, and best R&B song alongside her sister, Halle Bailey — stayed focused on fangirling about her own head-turning hair and makeup, which were executed by Los Angeles-based makeup artist Christiana Cassell and Sparkle Hair Imports founder Tinisha Meeks, respectively. Cassell gave Bailey a glossy neutral lip and shimmery, smoky eye, while Meeks styled her locs into a regal half-up, half-down hairstyle.
